How long do The Art of Caramel products last?
Our unopened product is good for 6 months from the date it’s made. We recommend storing it in a cool, dry place. Once opened, your popcorn should remain crispy and tasty for about 3 days. Though we've never know it to last that long!
Are your products gluten free? Vegan?
Our product is not vegan, as it contains butter. Most of our flavors are naturally gluten free, with the exception of Mountain Honey Graham. Though we take steps to minimize cross contamination, all of our products are manufactured in a facility that also processes tree nuts and gluten.
How long will it take to get my order?
It typically takes 2 business days to process your order for shipping. If you need your order sooner, please contact us at alycia@theartofcaramel.com
Shipping rates and times vary by location and selected rates. You will be given a final cost and estimated times for shipping your order at check out. If you are located in the LA area, you are welcome to pickup! Simply contact us through our website and we’ll be happy to assist you.
My order isn't quite right, what do I do?
If you receive your order and there’s something wrong with it, we’d love to make it right! Please contact us within 10 days of delivery so we can help!
Do you make custom labels or flavors?
We love creating custom labels and flavors to help make your event or marketing special!

1) Is this for a custom flavor, and if so, what flavor are you dreaming of?
2) Do you have an event coming up that you’d like to use one of our existing flavors for, but you’d like to use your own label?
3) Will you be able to design your own label or do your need our help?
4) What date do you need this order in hand?
